I am HafizulHalim.

Hi! I’m Muhammad Hafizul bin Halim, or more fondly known as Joey. I’m 23 years old and currently a student at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Technology with a Screen Studies elective.

I chose the Screen Studies elective because my passion lies in directing and videography. I love being behind the camera whether as a director crafting the storyline or as a cameraman capturing moments that visually tell a story. One of the reasons I’m drawn to directing and videography is my fascination with powerful cinematography in a story and how each frame can convey emotion without the need for words.

This passion started as a hobby taking random photos of whatever caught my eye. From casually snapping pictures with my phone, I started experimenting with video. That’s when I realized this is my path: expressing creativity through the lens of a camera.
